Short Tour Description

Enjoy the unique event to spend an evening visiting the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel.

Each year from April to October Vatican Museums are open exclusively every Friday night.

Get the chance to see their Masterpieces with the magic atmosphere of the summer nights being guided through the Galleries and halls after the crowds are gone to admire from the Pinacoteca courtyard an amazing sunset view of St Peter’s Dome.

From the Pinecone Courtyard  reach the Octagonal Court while the musicians start to play, to admire the most famous Roman and Greek statues that inspired Michelangelo, the Laocoon Group and the Belvedere Torso. After a walk through the Galleries of Candelabra, Tapestries and Maps visit the outstanding Raphael’s Rooms, once part of the private Papal Apartments.
